The CNSOPB has completed its review of the high potential near miss incident that was reported by ExxonMobil Canada Ltd.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has informed the CNSOPB that it will be conducting an investigation into the occurrence that was experienced by a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter operated by Canadian Helicopters Offshore (CHO) as it approached the Thebaud platform on July 24, 2019.
ExxonMobil Canada Ltd (ExxonMobil) reported a helicopter occurrence with respect to a flight that was enroute with 2 pilots and 11 passengers to the Thebaud platform.
