The Board's staff is led by a Chief Executive Officer who reports to the Board. The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Board and a staff of thirty-five professional and support personnel. The Board maintains its administrative office in Halifax, Nova Scotia and its Geoscience Research Centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
